Located in an area with few four-star hotels, this resort sits beside a gorgeous garden that makes the perfect backdrop for the available facilities. Spacious, comfortable rooms feature individual heating and cooling systems and pleasant bathrooms with jetted tubs. the food and wine service is impressive, with locally grown ingredients used in crafting the dishes.
The staff offered little guidance on how to handle the swarms of small flies inside the room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Beautiful facility, amazing pools, excellent cuisine, and friendly staff.
I had a couple of issues. The first was the internet connectivity. My reservation specified in-room wi-fi for every room. This was not the case. For the first week and a half, it was only available in the main lobby. It was available after that in-room, but very spotty and sporadic. For the amount of money spent building the facility, it was inexplicable why this was the case. Second, I had a problem with the hotel safe. The electronic access got screwed up and I could not use it for the last week after they manually opened it for me. I expected them to fix it and they didn't.

It has an amazing pool. I loved the wellness centre, where I had a massage and utilised the mineral baths. It was a very quiet establishment, if you are looking to get away from tourist places, just relax and go to the pool, massages etc...it is the perfect place to stay.
It is in the middle of no where, if you have no car, taxis are very costly, to get around.

Facilities, luxury, quiet, comfort, restaurant, staff
The pool was not available. The water was discoloured. The approach to the hotel is not attractive and could be better signposted

We loved the quiet and clean rooms that were tidied up every day. The breakfast had a citrus juicer with fresh local oranges and lemons, and the coffee ordered from the staff was excellent. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the beautiful garden, swimming pools, and spacious jacuzzi tub in the room. This hotel was a great option in an area where four-star hotels were scarce.
Nothing, all great.

The decor is exquisite, the people very friendly, the restaurant and wait staff are very professional, the food is excellent. Heated floor, security safe in room, well appointed bathroom.
Ability to better control room temperature. I hope the window and close the curtain to cool a little.

The pool was nice.
The layout of this hotel is bizarre. The rooms are fine, but unfortunately the bathtub was not clean. Even after mentioning this to the desk, there was not a better result. As many people pack lightly to travel, it would be helpful if the hotel would provide a computer in the lobby to check mails, etc. The food in the restaurant was average and two televisions remained on the entire time (with sound). Very annoying!

Hidden Gem with Beautiful Scenery and Relaxing Atmosphere This hotel is an ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. the landscape with palm trees and lush greenery is mesmerizing. the outdoor pool is a highlight with its Olympic size, and the spa-style pool also being an added extra. the rooms are beautiful, and there was a plate of fresh fruit waiting for me on arrival. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the quality and variety of breakfast were exceptional. With its secluded location, it would be best to have a car to explore nearby attractions.
Limited Attractions Nearby Although the hotel is beautiful, it is a bit isolated, and the nearest town is about a half-hour drive away, making it difficult to access different activities. If you plan to stay at the hotel throughout your holiday, it's perfect, but for those who like to explore outside attractions, it can be a bit of a hassle.

Peaceful surroundings, and lovely swimming pool. Private park area perfect for relaxing.
The rooms were not inviting and lack any character. The furniture in the rooms seems outdated and rusty.
